Please read our return policy:

We don't accept any return if our items have not damaged when you get it.
Because of the special nature of background products, we cannot make a second sale. Every order is unique. Thanks for your understand.


We will not bear the cost of your return shipping fee, please contact us to get the return address.


We can not return or replace your orders because you ordered a wrong backdrop(wrong size, wrong backdrop, or not our mistake) by yourself.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by us.

Please Note:

1 Our material is canvas and it belongs to cloths. Has been recognized by many photographers around the world. Please read our material description carefully before placing orders. We do not support refunds if you do not like our materials.
2 All orders shipping costs cannot be refunded.
3 Because it is purely hand painted, we cannot guarantee that it is exactly the same as the photos, please understand.
